Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligible Items
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Custom commissions and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Sign in to your account → go to Orders.
- Click Request Return on the relevant order.
- We'll email you a return label and instructions.
- Pack the item carefully and drop it off at the courier.
Refund Timing
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- The refund returns to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@artify.gallery within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Place a new order and return the original for a refund.
