Refund Policy

Our Promise

We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligible Items

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • Custom commissions and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Sign in to your account → go to Orders.
  2. Click Request Return on the relevant order.
  3. We'll email you a return label and instructions.
  4. Pack the item carefully and drop it off at the courier.

Refund Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • The refund returns to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@artify.gallery within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Place a new order and return the original for a refund.
