Terms of Sale
We take pride and seek perfection with our products. However if for any reasons you are not absolutely satisfied your purchase or if they are damaged or lost, we will give you a refund or a replacement for the purchased items. In the remote event that your package is damaged upon arrival or lost, please contact our Customer Support Team by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To initiate a return,
- Email us at email@example.com with your Order number or Individual item number, a picture of the defective item with a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
- You will receive an email from us within 3 working days confirming that your request is being processed.
- Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and a copy of your Order Invoice. We strongly advise you return the item to us via a trackable method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping charges incurred.
- Once we have received and reviewed your item, you will receive an email from us to inform you of the status of your refund or replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. In such events, if you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or refund the amount in the manner in which the purchase was made by you.
Pricing and Ordering
The information and product listings on this Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit or restrict quantities of products (including after you have submitted your order) for any reason, including, without limitation, if the product violates any terms of this Agreement. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our partners, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged for the sale. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or refund the amount in the manner in which the purchase was made by you. If we have overcharged for any product, we will issue a refund to you for the difference between what you were charged and the correct price of the relevant product.
Our aim is to describe and display our products online to be as accurate as possible to provide a compelling user experience. However, as there are many Designers on the Site, we does not verify the accuracy of their product descriptions. ARTIFY does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it pursuant to Artify’s Terms of Sales.
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. Our Shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies, User Agreement, Terms of Sale and Artist License Agreement ARTIFY at any time and in our sole discretion by posting the updated documents on this site and may send registered users an email notice of the changes. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you shall cease using this site. If you do not cease using this site, you willl be conclusively deemed to have accepted the changes.
