How do I track my orders?
Once you have checked out your items in your cart, you can track your orders by logging into your account.
You can follow the journey of your artwork by clicking on "Profile", "View Order history".
The 4 stages of delivery are:
"Order Received" ⟶ "Processing" ⟶ "Shipped" ⟶ "Delivered"
Order Received – Confirms that payment has been made and Orders are received.
Processing – Production process has begun.
Shipped – Product is ready for shipping and your Artworks are on their way to you. A tracking number will be emailed to you to track your package.
Delivered – Your Artworks have been successfully delivered.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Art Prints typically takes about 3 working days for printing and packaging. All Other Crafted Products takes about 10 working days for processing.
Once the Artwork is ready, it takes about 3 working days for Local Delivery within Singapore. International shipping time varies from country to country but should not take more that 14 days to arrive.
Do you ship to my country?
Artify proudly ships worldwide! You may select your country from the drop-down menu during Checkout. In the unlikely case that your country is not displayed, we regret that we currently do not ship there. Our shipping list is updated regularly, so if your country is not listed please check back later to see if it has been added.
Is there a limit to the size of your product for shipping?
For International Shipping, our weight & dimensions guidelines are as follows: Maximum weight: 30kg Maximum length: 1.5m, Maximum Dimension: max length plus girth (2W + 2H) <= 3m

How much does shipping cost?
Orders above SGD $200 qualify for free delivery locally within Singapore. Otherwise, a flat rate of SGD $20 is charged for Local delivery. If you wish to pick up the item yourself (Only for orders within Singapore), contact us at email@example.com we'll be happy to facilitate the arrangement.
Artify ships worldwide. We use SpeedPost as our delivery fulfilment partner. International shipping will be charged according to weight and will be advised accordingly at check out.
Tracking is available for all International Orders.
What about import duties and custom taxes?
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. Our Shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Can I ship to a different address instead of my billing address?
During checkout, you can specify a different shipping address than your billing address.
How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We will only be able to update the shipping address on an order so long as the order has not been shipped. You can check on your order status to find out if your order has been shipped. Please contact our support team immediately by email so we can attempt to adjust the order in time.
What Payment Options do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via VISA and MASTERCARD.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order ships. If you did not receive either of our emails, please check your spam folder. Please also check your alternative emails that you might have used while placing the order. If you are still unable to locate the email, contact us and we will send you the order confirmation directly.
Can I cancel my order?
Should you need to cancel an order with us, please email us immediately to initiate a cancellation and refund. However, please note that once your order status is changed to "Processing", it means that production had already begun and we will be unable to cancel the order for you.
My order arrived damaged.
Artify guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items if they are damaged or lost. In the remote event that your package is damaged upon arrival or lost, please contact our Customer Support Team by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order has defects.
Should your order contains defects, please contact us to initiate a refund or replacement.
Refunds and replacements
We are committed to delivering quality products at its best. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact us via email to initiate the process.
- Email us at email@example.com with your Order number or Individual item number, a picture of the defective item with a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
- You will receive an email from us within 3 working days confirming that your request is being processed.
- Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and a copy of your Order Invoice. We strongly advise you return the item to us via a trackable method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping charges incurred.
- Once we have received and reviewed your item, you will receive an email from us to inform you of the status of your refund or replacement.

How accurate are your images represented on your website?
Artify aims to reproduce the images of our products shown on our website as accurately as possible to the final product. However, in some cases, visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. Colours representation may also vary for different screen monitors. There may be slight difference in the visual representation of our image to the final product.
How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your website?
Artify takes great care to make sure that the dimensions of all our products are crafted to your requested order. However, due to industry standards, sizes can vary slightly up to a maximum of +/- 1.5 inch.
